McGlynn, Obergh shine in Raptors' season finale

ELMIRA, N.Y. - The Bard College men's volleyball season played its final matches of the 2022 season at Elmira College on Saturday.

Bard lost to Elmira, 3-0, and Wells, 3-2.

In the Wells match, first year Ty McGlynn grabbed another spot in the Bard record books with 27 kills (.308), and he added seven digs and two blocks. Angel Obergh had a double-double with 20 kills and 12 digs; Josh Kim had 42 assists and 12 digs, and Lazaros Panagiotounis added 10 digs. McGlynn had a dozen kills in the match against Elmira.

"Despite losing our star middle in the warmup, the team rallied and fought hard," Bard coach Adam Niemczynowicz said. "That five-set loss was a heartbreaker."
