ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. - The Bard College women's lacrosse team lost to University of Rochester, 20-8, in a Liberty League game on Friday afternoon.

Bard got two goals apiece from Gillian Adkins, Sarah Child and Maggy Peyton.

"We showed fight and we had some really great moments on attack, defense, and on our ride," Bard coach Rachel Vallarelli said.

Rachael Yoder collected seven draw controls, Morgan Ruhle caused three turnovers, and Roxanne Rouskas made 10 saves.

"Moving forward, we need to string together complete game," Vallarelli said.

Bard hosts Rochester Institute of Technology on Saturday at 2. It will be Senior Day for Rachael Yoder, Emma Heffron, Roxanne Rouskas and Gillian Adkins.
