WAPPINGERS FALLS, N.Y. - The Bard College women's tennis team opened the spring portion of the 2021-22 season with a 9-0 Liberty League loss to Vassar on Friday night.

"I'm very excited about our season this year," Bard coach Roge Nesbitt said. "I'm very encouraged by this team's hard work and great attitude. They all played hard tonight without giving up."

The Raptors get back after in on Mar. 6 at Skidmore.

"A coach couldn't ask for more than what they are giving me," Nesbitt said. "I can't wait to see what happens in the coming matches."
