ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. - The Bard College men's volleyball team defeated The City College of New York, 3-1, in a non-league game on Tuesday night.
Bard junior
Angel Obergh was unstoppable, as he produced a career-high 19 kills and hit .533.
Ty McGlynn added 11 kills and five digs,
Josh Kim had 31 assists, nine digs and six aces, and
Quincy Ross picked up five kills and four blocks as the Raptors (6-7) took down the previously unbeaten Beavers (3-1).
"It was nice to get a win to have the guys work together," Bard coach
Adam Niemczynowicz said. "Now we have to get back to the gym and iron some things out, as we're looking ahead to playing St. John Fisher on Friday."
Bard will host 13th-ranked St. John Fisher in a United Volleyball Conference match on Friday night at 7.
