ITHACA, N.Y. - The Bard College men's basketball team lost to Ithaca College, 76-75, in a Liberty League game on Saturday afternoon.
Bard rallied from a 15-point deficit in the second half, and hit a pair of three-pointers in the final nine seconds, but came up just short.
Greg Farrow led the Raptors with 18 points, five rebounds, two assists and two steals.
Elliot Harris scored 15 points on five three-pointers, and
Azriel Almodovar finished with 14 points, eight rebounds and two blocks.
Rowan Heinze and
Caleb Moore added seven points apiece.
"Even though we couldn't get the win, I loved the spirit we showed in the second half to fight back against a really good team," Bard coach
Michael Lenahan said. "We showed what we are capable of when we come together and play to our standards, and now we have to use that as motivation to continue to build going into next week."
Bard next plays at RPI on Dec. 10.
