ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. - The Vassar College women's basketball team made 13 of their first 15 shots and defeated Bard College, 85-39, in a Liberty League game on Friday night.

The Brewers' shooting percentage in the first quarter was 87 percent, including 4-of-5 from beyond the three-point line, and Bard was down 32-9 after 10 minutes. The Raptors battled back, scoring 15 points in the second quarter, but Vassar pulled away in the second  half.

Vassar was led by senior Jackie Cenan (Laguna Beach, CA), who finished with 21 points, five rebounds, three assists, three steals and two blocks. The Brewers are 14-6 overall, 10-3 in Liberty League play.

Bard got 12 points, seven rebounds and three steals from Christina Kiser. Marissa Munsell added 10 points and six rebounds.
