TROY, N.Y. - The Bard College women's basketball team lost to RPI, 64-38, in a Liberty League game on Friday night.
RPI kept its Liberty League playoff hopes alive, as the Engineers improved to 6-8 in conference play, 11-10 overall. Bard fell to 0-14, 5-17.
The Engineers were hot from the field early on and built a 39-16 halftime lead.
RPI got 18 points from Elizabeth Eckhardt (Albany, NY), and 15 points and 13 rebounds from Ines Ortea (Madrid, Spain).

Christina Kiser led all scorers with 30 points, including 16-for-21 from the free throw line. She also had six rebounds and five steals.
Caleigh DeCaprio added four points and three rebounds.
