DARTMOUTH, Mass. - The Bard College men's basketball team lost to Trinity College, 93-74, on Friday night at the Lafrance Hospitality Tournament, hosted by UMass-Dartmouth.
Trinity (1-0) had five players reach double figures in its opener, building a 10-point lead by halftime, then shooting 50 percent from the field in the second half to defeat the Raptors (0-2).
Senior guard Christian Porydzy (South Glastonbury, CT) scored 18 points to lead Trinity. Senior
 Nick Seretta (Greenfield, MA) added 14 points and seven boards for the Bantams, who received 12 points each from senior Kyle Padmore (Milton, MA) and junior Colin Donovan (Westboro, MA).  Senior Jadakis Brooks (Elmira, NY) rounded out the quintet in double figures with 11 points and eight caroms for Trinity, which received nine points and six rebounds from junior Donald Jorden (Tampa, FL).
Bard got a career-high 21 points and 12 rebounds from sophomore

Elliot Harris added 17 points - including 5-for-5 from beyond the 3-point arc - and classmate
Stefanos Psarras finished with 14 points and four assists. Sophomore
Stamatis Koulouris added 13 points and three rebounds, as the Raptors shot 50 percent from the floor but were hurt by 25 turnovers.
Bard plays again on Saturday, taking on the loser of the Husson vs. UMass-Dartmouth game.
