ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. - The Bard College men's squash team split a pair of matches on Sunday, losing to Fordham, then defeating Siena.

In the morning session, Fordham defeated Bard, 7-2. No. 1 Rhys Nordstrom fought off a challenge from Patrick Rodden, defeating him 11-4, 11-9, 8-11 and 11-9. Bard's other victory came at No. 4, where Artun Ak outlasted Thomas White, 11-8, 11-4, 10-12, 9-11 and 11-7. All of the other matches were won in three games by Fordham.

In the afternoon, Bard swept Siena, 8-0. None of the matches made it into a fourth set as the Raptors cruised.

Up next for Bard are the Liberty League Championships, to be hosted by St. Lawrence University next weekend.
