Women's tennis team wraps up 2017-18 season with a sweep

ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. - The Bard College women's tennis team completed the 2017-18 season with 9-0 sweep of St. Joseph's College of Long Island on Sunday afternoon.

The Raptors gave up just eight games in sweeping the three doubles matches, then got six straight-set victories in the singles matches. MacKenzie Wardell gave up just one game at No. 3, and Tori Bowen didn't give up any at No. 6.

It was the final match in the careers of Isabelle Scarborough and MacKenzie Wardell, both dedicated members of the team. They teamed up to win at No. 2 doubles, then won their singles matches in straight sets.
