ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. - The Bard College men's tennis team lost to St. Lawrence University, 8-1, in a Liberty League match on Saturday afternoon.

St. Lawrence won all three of the doubles matches, including a narrow victory over Satchel Fisher and Aiden Velasco at No. 1 in a tiebreaker. In singles, Fisher topped St. Lawrence sophomore Eric Tecce (Medford, NJ), 6-3, 6-4. St. Lawrence won the remaining singles matches in straight sets to improve to 5-9 overall, 1-4 in the Liberty League.

Bard (1-7, 0-5) will next host Western Connecticut State University on Thursday at 4.
