NEW YORK, N.Y. - The Bard College men's volleyball team was swept by eighth-ranked NYU, 3-0, in a United Volleyball Conference match on Sunday afternoon.
The Violets (9-6, 2-3 UVC) hit .394 in the match and produced 12 aces. Neil Ferraro (Newton, MA) led NYU with 10 kills and four blocks. Jaime Rivera (San Juan, PR) had 28 assists, and Evan Lindley (Evanston, IL) led the winners with nine digs.
Bard (1-15, 0-5 UVC) got six kills from
Stefan Briggs, nine assists from
Josh Kim, and five digs from
Tristan Kozul.
Up next for the Raptors is a non-league game at York on Wednesday night.
