Raptors swept on final day of Oswego tourney

OSWEGO, N.Y. - The Bard College women's volleyball team lost a pair of matches on Saturday, the final day of the Oswego Tournament.

Bard lost to SUNY Potsdam, 3-1, and to Wells College, 3-0.

Set scores against Potsdam were 13-25, 10-25, 25-18 and 13-25. Tytravia Riley and Philippine Alba had five kills apiece; Amy Kassowitz and Lexi Cooper each had six assists; Alba had 10 digs and Daniella Azulai had nine.

Wells defeated Bard 25-11, 25-10 and 25-13. Alba had five kills and five digs, Cooper and Kassowitz had five assists apiece, and Azulai led the team with six digs. The Raptors are 1-10.

Tytravia Riley was named to the All-Tournament Team.

Bard will play three home matches this coming week. First, the Raptors will host Purchase on Wednesday night. Then they'll host a Vassar and nationally-ranked Clarkson on Friday night.
