Box Score ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. - The Bard College men's soccer team lost a non-league game to Utica College, 4-0, on Saturday afternoon.

The Pioneers (2-3) dominated from the start, scoring all four goals in the first 42 minutes. Kevin McAllister (Boxford, MA) got the scoring started on a header in the fifth minute. A clearing attempt by Bard was headed by Greg Silvestro (West Sayville, NY) back toward the box, and that was headed by Alex Sheridan (East Islip, NY) to McAllister, who nodded it over the head of Bard keeper Daniel Gagne.

In the ninth minute, Shane Ruffing (Rochester, NY) scored on a breakaway after a turnover in back; Jeffrey Cupka (Wilbraham, MA) and Raine Owens (Pine Plains, NY) added goals to make it 4-0 at halftime.

Utica enjoyed a 26-3 advantage in shots and a 10-1 edge in corners.

Bard (0-5) got 10 saves from Gagne.
