MAHWAH, N.J. - The Bard College men's tennis team lost to Ramapo College, 7-2, in a non-league match on Wednesday night.

Ramapo (1-0) swept the three doubles matches, then won at Nos. 1, 3, 4 and 5 singles. Bard's victories came at No. 2 singles, when Bard's player defeated junior Evan Clayton (Hillsborough, NJ), 6-3, 6-2; and at No. 6, where Billy Kwon outlasted sophomore John Seaman (Hazlet, NJ) 1-6, 6-0, 10-7.

The Raptors (0-4) next host Yeshiva on Oct. 18 at 11 a.m.
