Box Score UTICA, N.Y. - The Bard College men's soccer team lost to SUNY Institute of Technology, 6-0, in a non-league game on Tuesday night.
The Wildcats (13-1-1) led just 1-0 at half but scored five times in the second half, including twice in the last 72 seconds.
Shots were 7-6 in favor of SUNYIT in the first half, and a goal by senior Diego Montaleza (New York, NY) in the sixth minute was the only tally in the first 40 minutes.
But the Wildcats outshot Bard, 11-2, in the second half. Senior Josh Kimber (Chittenango, NY) scored twice, and freshman Francesco Tine (Chatham, NY) had two assists.
Ian McElfresh had two of Bard's four shots on goal, and
Daniel Gagne made four saves for the Raptors, 2-16.
Bard has one game left in the 2013 season. They'll travel to Poughkeepsie on Nov. 2 for a Liberty League contest against Vassar College.
