Bard loses to RIT, Union in women's volleyball

It helped that Amy Kassowitz returned from injury, but Bard lost to Union and RIT on Friday.
Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 SCHENECTADY, N.Y. - The Bard College women's volleyball team lost to Rochester Institute of Technology and Union College at a Liberty League event hosted by Union on Friday.

The Raptors lost to RIT, 3-0, by set scores of 25-13, 25-11 and 25-16.

Mai Aurell-Foulser led Bard with five kills; Lexi Cooper had 10 assists and four digs; and Daniella Azulai finished with five digs.

Union defeated Bard, 3-0, by set scores of 25-13, 25-14 and 25-16. Tytravia Riley had six kills and a solo block; Cooper had 14 assists; and three players - Amy Kassowitz, Megan Snyder and Tiffany Leung - had five digs apiece.

The Raptors (4-22 overall, 0-11 Liberty League) will play the final Liberty League match of the 2013 season against Skidmore at Union on Saturday afternoon at noon.
