Allison Regan is in her third season after being hired in the Fall 2023.
In August 2025, Regan was named the new Facilities Coordinator. Regan is responsible for maintaining the indoor and outdoor athletic facilities to include the fitness center, the strength and conditioning areas, and the main gymnasium in the Stevenson Athletic Center along with the outdoor athletic complex. She will be responsible for upkeep, inventory, and equipment maintenance and will assist in scheduling and organizing the daily use of athletic facilities. Regan will also oversee reservations and liaise with external groups interested in renting athletic space while overseeing the student staff who work to support the overall operations of the department.
In her second season with the Raptors, she trained six Raptors to be named to the Liberty League All-Academic Team (three women) and six Raptors were named to the Div. III CSC All-District Team (three women). In October, Regan was named to the AVCA Thirty under 30 Club Award honoree and in November she presented in a webinar series for the AVCA.
In Regan’s first season with the Raptors, she helped them achieve their first double-digit win in a season since the 2015 season. Nine Raptors were named to the Liberty League All-Academic Team and four Raptors were named to the 2023 Division III Academic All-District Team. Both teams were recognized with the AVCA Team Academic Award, including the women's team, which earned the AVCA Team Academic Honor Roll distinction, which recognizes the top 20% of teams based on GPAs national by division.
Regan also works for Downstate North Club and coaches numerous regional teams in both boys' and girls' programs. She helped launch the inaugural boys program at Downstate. She is currently the head coach of the U18 Boys National team and the U16 and U13 head coaches. For her dedication to the club, Regan has been named the AYA Director of the Downstate North Kingston location.
Before Downstate Juniors VBC, Regan coached at Drew University where she served as the Interim Head Men’s Volleyball Coach and Assistant Women’s Volleyball Coach. During the women’s volleyball team’s inaugural season in 2021, Drew finished 19-9 and Regan was part of the Landmark Conference Volleyball Coaching Staff of the Year.
Before coaching the Rangers, Regan spent time at Keystone College and King’s College (PA). As the Head Women’s Volleyball Coach at Keystone, she helped the team to the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) playoffs in 2019 and mentored three players to the All-CSAC Team. As an assistant at King’s College (PA), she helped guide the team to an overall record of 61-33 (.649). In her time there, the Monarchs posted three straight 20-win seasons and earned a berth in the Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom Conference tournament in 2017.
Regan began her playing career at the College of Mount Saint Vincent, where she played for two years. As a freshman, she ranked fourth on the team with 73 kills and 22 blocks. She also led the Skyline Conference and ranked 11th in Division III in service aces per set, posting 55 aces in 67 sets. Regan ranked fourth on the team with 60 kills and 18 aces as a sophomore.
She then transferred to Manhattanville, where she played her final two seasons. Regan posted 195 kills and 50 blocks in 45 matches played with the Valiants over two seasons.
Regan is a graduate of Manhattanville College and holds a degree in Communication and Sports Studies.
Regan resides in Kingston with her fiance, Jessica and their cats Colby, Jack and Cheddar.
