2025 Outdoor: Competed in three meets for the Raptors in her junior season…raced personal best times in the 200 meter dash (27.84) and the 400 meter dash (team-best 1:03.71) at the Bobbi Palma UAlbany Spring Classic…ran as part of the 4x100 relay at the Pratt Invitational, finishing second with a time of 56.81…received the Seth Goldfine Memorial Scholarship…was named one of Bard’s Scholar-Athletes of the Year…named to the Liberty League All-Academic Team.

2024-25 Indoor: Competed in three meets for the Raptors in her junior season…raced a personal best time in the 60 meter dash (8.54) and the 200 meter dash (28.85) at the West Point Tune Up…finished fifth in the 200 meter dash at the Yankee Small College Invitational with a time of 29.31.

Winter Sports School & Park City High School: Earned three varsity letters for the Miners under coaches Claire West and Micaela Carriel…played on the club level for Celtic Rangers FC under coach Brittany Crump and Dave Jarrett…played club level for Heber Valley United and played club level for Park City Soccer Club under coaches Shaela Krayer, Joel Person and Anthony DiCicco…totaled five goals in two seasons as a junior and senior defender…named two-time Defensive Player of the Year….won the Soccer Savvy Award…named to the Utah 5A All-Star Team…played in the 5A Utah All-Star game as a senior…competed in ski races for Park City Ski…graduated with an honors diploma and a GPA of 3.98.  

About Cooke: Full name is Carina Sophia Cooke…is the daughter of Thomas and Teresa Eggertsen Cooke, has a cat named Moses…majoring in architecture and sociology…currently plays for the Utah Red Devils Women’s Premier Soccer League (WPSL) team.
