2024-25: Achieved personal bests in the 50 Y Free, 100 Y Free, 50 Y Fly, 100 Y Fly, and 200 Y IM at the Liberty League Championships…raced his fastest 100 Y IM at the Skidmore Sprint Invite, finishing sixth…won the 200 Y IM against Potsdam…won the 100 Y Butterfly against St. Lawrence…won the 100 Y Backstroke versus Delhi…won the 200 Y IM and the 200 Y Backstroke against Brooklyn…won the 200 Y IM, the 200 Y Backstroke, the 200 Y Free Relay, and the 100 Y Backstroke against Mount Saint Mary…won the 100 Y IM and the 100 Y Backstroke against William Paterson, setting PRs in each race…won the 50 Y Free and the 100 Y Fly in the Purchase and Hunter tri-meet.

New Rochelle High School: Achievements include Honor Roll and National Honor Society…swam for the Huguenots under Kip Fierro.

About Dower: Full name is Nathaniel Robert Dower…is majoring in Theatre and Performance and Film and Electronic Arts…has a sister, Olivia, who also swam on the Bard College swim team until 2024-25.
