2025: Competed in all six races for the Raptors during the 2025 cross country season…opened the year with a 4K time of 15:43.0 at the Vassar Season Starter…set a personal-best 6K mark of 24:07.9 at the Vassar Ron Stonitsch Invitational…recorded a season-best 8K time of 31:38.3 at the Western New England Golden Bear Invitational…posted his highest finish of the season at the Highlander Invitational, placing 42nd with a time of 34:03.8…closed the season with a 32:05.6 performance at the Liberty League Championships…named to the Liberty League All-Academic team.

2024: Competed in eight races for the Raptors in his first season…ran a personal best in the Suny New Paltz Invitational with a time of 25:13.3 (6K)...finished 27th in the Fred Pavlich Invitational in the 8K with a time of 32:57.3…ran a 4K time of 15:52.5 in the Vassar Season Starter…received the Bard College Athletic Award for Cross Country.
 
Oakwood Friends High School: Was a five-sport athlete while attending Oakwood Friends (Cross Country, Boxing, Basketball, Baseball, Ultimate Frisbee)...Was the cross country team captain, running four 5K races below 20:00...Coached by Chad Cianfrani and Sean Thompson.
