SQUASH COURT RESERVATION INFORMATION
CLUB LOCKER INSTRUCTIONS:
New Club Locker Users
- Go to https://ussquash.org/membership/ scroll down and hit, “Create Account” for a FREE account. You do not need the premium $149 membership to access the courts.
- Once created, you’ll choose your home club as Bard College, once your account membership is cleared by the gym, you’ll have access to our court booking system.
Existing Club Locker Users
- Go to your Club Locker page and go to the “clubs” tab.
- Select New York and then select Bard College. Once your membership is cleared by the gym, you’ll have access to our court booking system.
Court Booking
- Click on your name in the top right corner and click the Bard College tab.
- Next to home, there is the reservations tab, once there, click on any time slots available. They are hour-long sessions.
- To add a guest (non member) just add it to the session with their name and email. You will be charged $25 through Club Locker, make sure that you have a card linked to your account, which can be added on your profile page.
- Guests must enter with a member, not by themselves.
- Reservations can be made a week in advance.
- There are blocked periods of time for either team practice, matches, or holidays.
Court Instructions
- After you have reserved your court, swipe in with the front desk and confirm your reservation.
- You’ll receive a key for your court in exchange for your photo ID, the ID will be returned when you return the Key. Please lock the court upon leaving.
- You may only use the courts with non-marking soled shoes and shoes that have only been worn indoors. (damage to the courts may result in a revoked membership)
**PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUT COMPLETE THE MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION BEFORE YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO CLUB LOCKER

- If you still have the old punch cards for facility use, they may be exchanged for a 2 month membership extension. Those punch cards must be returned to receive the new facility swipe card.
- If you had a 3,6, or 12 month membership that was still in effect when we closed on 3/31/20, you will receive an extension for the amount of time you had left.
- If you have a current pool membership, you are good to go until your expiration date.
