$100 for the week or $25/day
Get one-on-one attention from Bard College Head Women's Soccer Coach Kate Hofstede, Assistant Coach Ian Wing, and Bard Women’s Soccer Goalkeeper Trainer Jimmy Rodewald.
Sessions include:
- PEP Program warm up (ACL prevention—plyo's; agility; stretching)
- Technical Skill Development “Prep Touch” and “Close Control”
- Small Group Tactical Advantage Training on Offense and Defense
- Small-sided Games to Pug Goals: Interval Training for Conditioning
- Scrimmage to Full Goals
- Goalkeeper Training with Jimmy Rodewald
- Finishing Games
