The Bard College women's squash team fell to Haverford and Vassar in the CSA Divisional Team Championships held in Philadelphia, Pa. on Friday. 

Against Haverford, Bard fell 0-9. At the no. 3 ladder, Hanna Okalava totaled 14 points, including a competitive 11-6 second game. Snow Queen also found success in stretches at the no. 5 ladder, earning 11 points and pushing one game to 11-7. At the no. 7 ladder, Catalyna Contreras-Araya battled in a tight 11-9 opening game before dropping the next two.

Versus Vassar, Bard battled to a 4-5 decision. At the no. 5 ladder, Snow Queen earned a decisive straight-game victory. Essa Kyaw followed with a four-game win at no. 6, bouncing back after dropping the first game. Catalyna Contreras-Araya pushed her match to five games at the no. 7 ladder, competing in the longest contest of the day.

Bard will resume action at the CSA Divisional Championships tomorrow at 3 p.m. against William Smith.
