The Bard College women's basketball team ended their northern country trip against St. Lawrence on Saturday afternoon, as they fell 71-39.

Erin Tobes led the team with 13 points. She added two steals and two assists, while Lexi Miller led the team with 11 rebounds. Miller and Shirley Dong each had eight points each.

St. Lawrence came out hot in the first quarter, keeping Bard to single digits and taking a 16-point lead. In the second quarter, the Raptors got their offensive flow, shooting 6-of-11 (54.5%), and outscoring the Saints 16-13.

In the third quarter, Bard started strong, going on a 9-1 lead, to get within six points. However, St. Lawrence bounced back with a 5-0 run to take a 10-point lead heading to the fourth quarter. In the fourth quarter, SLU kept their offensive momentum going and did not allow Bard to come back.

Bard will be back home next weekend when they face Vassar and Skidmore, with a Vassar match-up on Friday at 5:30 p.m. for the team's Pride Night.
