ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. – Bard College senior Clemente Esponilla was named to the Liberty League Honor Roll on Monday afternoon. 

In his last outdoor meet before the Liberty League Championship this weekend, Esponilla improved his 5K school record time at the Vassar Spring Invite on Saturday. Esponilla ran a 15:46.56 5k, improving his school record by 4.48 seconds. He finished sixth in the race. 

It is Esponilla's second honor roll award in his career and the second this season.
