ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. – Bard College sophomore Gabrielle Parchment was named to the Liberty League Honor Roll on Monday afternoon. 

Gabby had a breakout performance at the UAlbany Spring Classic on Friday. She PR and set a new school record for the 100 and 200 meter and both times were qualifying standard for the Liberty League Championship. 

In the 100m, she finished 4th place with a personal best time of 12.91, surpassing Imani Jones' time of 13.12 which was set back in 2014. She was just behind 2 UAlbany runners and a Hudson Valley CC runner. Her previous time was 13.14. Her time sets her ranked 14th in the Liberty League and 36th in the Mideast Region. 

In the 200 meter, Parchment cut nearly two seconds off her personal best with a time of 26.93. She surpassed Claire Dickson's time of 27.16 that she set back in 2022. Parchment's time finished 5th place, just behind four Division I runners. Her previous best time was. 28.12. Her tie sets her 20th in the Liberty League and 46th in the Mideast region.

It is Parchment's second honor roll award in her career.
