The Bard College women's squash team faced Chatham and Vassar on the first day of the College Squash Association (CSA) Divisional Team Championships held in Philadelphia, Pa.
The Raptors faced Chatham in the morning and earned two wins by default. Ladder 1 to 5 battled hard against the Cougars, especially
Hanna Okalava who nearly won the second game against her opponent but fell 12-10.
Bard faced Vassar again for the third time this season but the Brewers got the upper hand this time around. Okalava was the lone Raptor to win her match at ladder 5. All the Raptors did have tough matches with each of them winning at least a point in each game.
The Raptors will face William Smith tomorrow in the Walker Cup 1st Consolation semifinals at 9 a.m.
