Six Women’s Soccer Student-Athletes named to the 2025 CSC Division III Academic All-District Team

ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. – Six members of the Bard College women's soccer team were honored as members of the 2025 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Division III Academic All-District At-Large Team, an award that recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performance on the field and in the classroom. 

The six students honored were sophomores Goldie Siff and Natalie Wing, juniors Camila Sandaal and Mahlia Slaiby, and seniors Carina Cooke and McKenna Reeves.

Senior Carina Cooke is majoring in architecture. She recorded a team-high three goals and an assist. Cooke played 1295 minutes, third most on Bard. She played all 90 minutes in seven games. Cooke is a three-time Liberty League All-Academic honoree and now a three-time CSC Academic All-District honoree. 

Senior McKenna Reeves is majoring in biology. She recorded 104 saves and a shutout. She played 1125 total minutes and played all 90 minutes in 10 games. Reeves is a two-time Liberty League All-Academic honoree and a first-time CSC Academic All-District honoree. 

Junior Camila Sandaal is majoring in chemistry. She recorded an assist against Brooklyn. Sandaal was second on the team in minutes, with 1300, and she played all 90 minutes in 11 games. Sandaal is a two-time Liberty League All-Academic and CSC Academic All-District honoree. 

Sophomore Goldie Siff is majoring in mathematics. Siff played 889 minutes, recording eight shots, three of which were on goal. She scored a goal against Brooklyn. Siff is a Liberty League All-Academic honoree and a first-time CSC Academic All-District honoree. 

Junior Mahlia Slaiby is majoring in written arts. Slaiby played 989 minutes, recording 23 shots, 11 of which were on goal. Slaiby is a two-time Liberty League All-Academic honoree as well as a two-time CSC Academic All-District honoree.

Sophomore Natalie Wing is majoring in art history. She played all 1350 minutes of the season, the most on Bard. A key cog in the Raptors defense, she stepped up from last season, in which she ranked seventh on the team with 1181 minutes. Wing is a Liberty League All-Academic honoree and a first time CSC Academic All-District honoree

To be nominated for the At-Large Academic All-District Team, the athlete must have a GPA of 3.50 or above and must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically. The student-athlete has to have competed in 90% of the Team's total games played or have started 66% of the Team's total games. The Academic All-District Team is selected by the College Sports Communicators.
