They extended their lead to seven at 19-12. Flittie had back-to-back kills to slow down St. Lawrence momentarily. At 22-14, the Raptors went on a 5-2 run with a stout defense preventing a slew of kills. However, the Saints closed it out on their third set point.

In the second set, the early lead went to St. Lawrence, at 7-3. However, four straight Bard points tied it up at 7-7. The Raptors gained a lead at 10-9 after back-to-back kills from Flittie again made Bard competitive. Bard kept it tight until 12-11, when an 11-1 run by St. Lawrence gave them the advantage. The Saints also won the final three points of the set.

At 19-10, the Raptors ripped off a 13-3 run to take a late lead at 23-22. St. Lawrence proved up to the task, winning th final three points of the match under intense pressure.
