The Bard women's squash team played the first of its matches at the Liberty League Championships in Canton, NY, falling to the hosts St. Lawrence on Saturday morning.

The Raptors played well against strong opponents, though the Saints were able to capture all eight matches in straight sets. 

Bard will be back in action on Sunday for a pair of matches, facing Mt. Holyoke and Vassar.
