The Bard College swim team squared off against RIT, Clarkson, Hobart & William Smith, Monroe CC Tribunes, Skidmore, St. Lawrence, and Mount Holyoke on Friday afternoon. 

Yolanda Liu finished above 14 racers in the 50-Yard Freestyle, and Freddy Coronel outswam six opponents in the 200-Yard IM.
The Raptors took a liking to the Tigers' pool, with four swimmers recording personal bests. Julia Pelletier recorded a personal best in the 500-Yard Freestyle (6:56.44), beating her previous time by over 13 seconds. Roma Taitwood improved by almost ten seconds in the 200-Yard IM. 

Owen O'Reilly raced a personal best 27.19 in the 50-Yard Freestyle, and Jose Rivera Corujo was right behind with his own record time of 28.07.

Reece Sherf raced in his first 200-Yard IM.

The second day of the RIT invitational takes place tomorrow at 11 a.m.
