The Raptors started strong, taking a 5-0 lead within two minutes of play. A layup from Dixon with 1:35 left in the first quarter gave Bard a six-point lead, but Marywood was able to reduce the deficit to three heading to the second quarter. In the second quarter, the Pacers outscored Bard by one point, 13-12, but a late jumper from Dong with three seconds left gave the Raptors a two-point lead heading into halftime.

Tied at 32-32 in the third quarter with 5:35 left, Marywood went on a 7-2 run to take a 41-34 lead. However, Bard battled back with an 8-2 run as Dixon released a deep three with 22 seconds left to have Bard trail by one heading to the fourth quarter. In the fourth quarter, Bard struggled to shoot from the field, going 3-of-14, and Marywood scored five points off the four Raptors turnovers.
