ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. — The Bard College women's basketball team dropped a Liberty League matchup against Clarkson on Friday night, 54-47, at Stevenson Athletic Center.

Lexi Miller led the Raptors with her second double-double of the season, scoring a career-high 14 points and adding four blocks, 14 rebounds and two assists.
Fellow first-year
Ella Perreault also had a career-high nine points and tied her career-high with 11 rebounds. Sophomore
Shirley Dong had nine points and dished out four assists and added a steal. First-year
Aislynn Dixon had eight points and a career-high eight rebounds while adding a block and four assists. Senior
Mae Redmond added four assists, four rebounds and five points.
Bard struggled to get their offense going in the first quarter but went on an 8-0 run to tie the game up at 8-8 with 2:06 left. The Raptors offense broke out in the second and third quarters when they outshot the Golden Knights 26-23. In the fourth quarter, the game was tied up at 39-39 after a jumper from Dong. The Golden Knights' 7-0 run was pivotal as it allowed Clarkson to keep the lead for good.
Bard outrebounded Clarkson 57-32, the most by the Raptors this season, but it was the Raptors 25 turnovers that hurt them as Clarkson scored 29 points off turnovers.
Bard will be back tomorrow to take on St. Lawrence at 2 p.m. at Stevenson Athletic Center.
