Box Score The Bard College women's basketball team battled at William Smith but came up short, dropping an 81-43 decision to the Herons on Friday night at Bristol Gym. 

Bard (4-9, 0-7 Liberty League) had two players with double-digit points, with sophomore Shirley Dong leading the team with 13 points, four rebounds and two assists. First-year Jessica Martin scored 12 points, just one point shy of tying her career high. Martin also added two rebounds, a steal, and an assist. 

First-year Lexi Miller led the team in rebounds, notching double digits in that column for the sixth time this season with 14. Fellow classmate Ella Perreault had a team-high three assists while adding eight points, seven rebounds, and two steals. Sophomore Alleisha Romain hit a career-high five points and added two rebounds. 

Bard will head to RPI tomorrow for a 2 p.m. tip-off.
