ROCHESTER, N.Y. - The Bard College women's basketball team lost to Rochester Institute of Technology, 75-33, in the Liberty League opener for both teams on Friday night.

Bard got 13 points, three rebounds and four steals from Thalia Grandinetti, in spite of foul trouble. Shirley Dong added six points, four rebounds, four steals and three rebounds. Mae Redmond contributed five points, while Maggy Peyton hit double digits in rebounds for the second time this season, finishing with three points and 11 rebounds.

The Raptors continue the road trip at 15th-ranked Ithaca on Saturday afternoon.
