WEST HARTFORD, Conn. - The Bard College women's basketball team lost to Wellesley College, 60-30, in the Consolation Game of the University of St. Joseph Tip-Off Tournament on Saturday.

Bard junior Thalia Grandinetti was named to the All-Tournament Team. She led Bard on Saturday with 11 points, and she added six rebounds and three assists. Shirley Dong added seven points and a team-high seven rebounds, and Mae Redmond chipped in with three points, three rebounds and five assists.

Grandinetti is averaging 11 points and 6.5 rebounds per game through Bard's first two games.

The Raptors next play at Sarah Lawrence College on Tuesday night.
