ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. - The Bard College women's basketball team lost to Union College, 66-42, in a Liberty League game on Friday night.
Bard was led by seniors
Christina Kiser and
Olivia Couture. Kiser scored 27 points, grabbed eight rebounds and made three steals. She is averaging 30 points per game in her last three games. Couture scored eight points, grabbed a career-high 14 rebounds, and blocked a shot.
"It's always going to be a tough night when you give up 24 offensive boards and turn it over like we did," Bard coach
Casi Donelan said. "We are going to have to address these things going forward."
Maggy Peyton blocked three shots and grabbed nine rebounds, and
Thalia Grandinetti added four points for the Raptors.
"
Christina Kiser continues to dominate on both ends of the court," Donelan said, "and she's proving why she is one of the best players in the nation."
Bard hosts Vassar on Saturday afternoon at 2.
