Raptors downed by Ithaca

ITHACA, N.Y. - The Bard College women's basketball team lost to Ithaca College, 70-31, in a Liberty League game on Friday night.

The Bombers, who have already clinched a Liberty League playoff spot, are 13-4 in the league and 18-6 overall heading into the regular season finale vs. Vassar on Saturday. Bard fell to 0-17, 1-22.

Ithaca outscored Bard 25-8 in the first quarter and led, 42-18, at halftime.

Sophomore Cassidy O'Malley (Summit, NJ) led Ithaca with 20 points, five rebounds and a pair of blocks.

Bard got 13 points from Caleigh DeCaprio. Katie Esposito added six points and eight rebounds, and Sarah Morris finished with three points and 13 rebounds.
