SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. - The Skidmore College women's lacrosse team scored four times in the first five minutes en route to a 16-4 victory over Bard College in a Liberty League game on Friday afternoon.
It was 11-0 when
Joanna Regan broke through for Bard, scoring with 8:09 left in the first half. The Thoroughbreds (6-3, 1-1 Liberty League) led 13-1 at halftime.
Five players scored two goals apiece for the hosts.
Bard (1-6, 0-3) got two goals in the second half from
Avalon Qian, and a single goal from
Alexandra Clarke.
Kaylynn Tran made five saves.
