ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. -
Joanna Regan played in her 232nd NCAA contest on Saturday. A three-sport star at Bard College, her career came to an end with a loss to St. Lawrence, 17-4.
But she broke a record in the process.
Regan became Bard's all-time leading scorer in women's lacrosse by scoring all four goals for the Raptors. It gave her 160 career points, one more than
Stephanie LaMont, who graduated last year.
St. Lawrence dominated every facet of the game and got goals from 12 different players. The Saints finish the season 4-11 overall, 2-7 in the Liberty League.
Regan entered the weekend needing eight points to tie LaMont's mark. She scored five goals on Friday against Clarkson and four on Saturday against St. Lawrence to pull it off.
Kaylynn Tran made 10 saves for Bard. The Raptors finish the 2015 season at 2-13, 0-9.
