Box Score ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. - The Bard College men's soccer team lost to Skidmore College, 4-0, in a Liberty League game on Tuesday night.
Four different players scored for the Thoroughbreds (7-4-2, 1-1-1 Liberty League), including three in an eight-minute span late in the first half.
Junior Robby Smukler (Princeton, NJ) scored the eventual game-winner in the sixth minute, when he struck an arcing, accurate shot from 22 yards on the right wing that got over the hands of Bard keeper
Daniel Gagne and just inside the far post.

It stayed 1-0 until a three-goal outburst by the Thoroughbreds before halftime. Mike Lemnios (Farmington, CT) made is 2-0 in the 35
th minute, Tim Sullivan (Walpole, MA) made it 3-0 five minutes later, and Andrew Blake (Charlotte, VT) finished the scoring with a penalty kick in the 43
rd minute.

The Thoroughbreds outshot Bard, 18-2, in the first half, and 28-9 for the game.
Bard's
Christian Letourneau hit the crossbar in the 54th minute, then hit the post in the 81st minute, but neither team scored in the second half. Gagne made nine saves.
