SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. - The Bard College women's basketball team lost to Skidmore College, 71-21, in a Liberty League game on Friday night.

The Raptors were outrebounded 47-26 and committed 31 turnovers.

Skidmore (9-2 overall, 3-0 Liberty League) got 14 points from senior Christina Gargiso (Staten Island, NY) and 11 points and seven rebounds from senior Megan Gaugler (Amsterdam, NY).

Bard (1-10, 0-2) was led by freshman Joanna Regan, who had 10 points, three rebounds and six steals. Liz Freud added five points and five rebounds.

The Raptors next play at Union on Saturday afternoon at 2 p.m.
