ALBANY - The Bard College women's basketball team fell into a 16-0 hole early in the game and never got closer in an 80-32 season-opening loss at the Albany College of Pharmacy on Tuesday night.
Five different players scored in double figures for the Panthers (3-0), who led 16-0 just 3:03 into the game.
Bard (0-1) committed 35 turnovers in the game, 21 in the first half.

The Raptors travel to Western Massachusetts this Saturday to participate in the Elms College Tip-Off Tournament. Bard will play Simmons College on Saturday night at 8 in the first round.
