A seasoned coach with a history of success, Pavlich brings enthusiasm and personal knowledge to a young Raptor team.
Pavlich left New Paltz High School to join the athletics staff at Bard. He left behind track and cross country programs which he built into New York State powers. His cross country team was undefeated for over five years in dual meets and captured six straight league championships. His track and field teams produced five individual state champions, four league championships and three section 9 championships.
Before Pavlich started his legacy at New Paltz they had previously never won a section title. He hopes to continue to focus on a winning tradition at Bard. His motto at Bard is, "Enjoy what you do and you will probably do it better!" Coach Pavlich was named the Hudson Valley Women's Athletic Conference Coach of the Year in 2002, 2003 and 2004.
