ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. – Bard College junior Jessica Martin was named the Liberty League Women's Basketball Performer of the Week after a stellar performance last Monday against MCLA. 

Martin had a historic night against MCLA last Monday. She set a program record of 9 threes on 15 attempts and 10 of 16 overall for a career-high 30 points. Martin added an assist, two steals, and two rebounds. 

The previous record was seven, set by Jess Rylander in 2020 and tied by Aislynn Dixon last season. Martin's nine threes are the most by a Liberty League player since 2022 by Vassar's Dani Douglas. 

It is Martin's first Liberty League Performer of the Week and the first for the women's basketball program since Christina Kiser was named Performer of the Week back on January 24, 2022.
