The Bard College men's and women's swimming teams both had hard-fought races against the Delhi Broncos, Mount St. Mary Knights and Herkimer Generals on Saturday afternoon. The women finished second, while the men finished third.

The Bard women's team had a strong 50 yard freestyle, with Morgan Grabowski and Maya Farwell going 1-2. Yolanda Liu performed well, finishing first in the 100 yard backstroke and the 50 yard butterfly. She also had a second place finish in the 100 yard butterfly. Farwell attempted the backstroke events for the first time, and she had a 35.33 in the 50 yard backstroke, good enough for second place. Maya Remick also broke new ground, racing in her first IM, breaking a personal record in the 100 yard free en route to a first place finish. She also swam her fastest 50 yard breaststroke by 2.75 seconds.

On the men's side, Hal Beatty started off the meet with a bang, winning the 1000 yard free. He also won the 500 yard free, and he broke his personal best time in the 100 yard IM by over two seconds. Owen O'Reilly had a personal best time of 36 seconds in the 50 yard breaststroke. Reece Sherf raced in his first 100 yard IM.

The last meet in 2025 for the Raptors is the Don Richards Invitational at RIT on December 5th and 6th.
