ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. – Bard College junior Artemy Mukhin was named to the Liberty League Honor Roll on Monday afternoon. 

Artemy Mukhin went 3-0 in the Liberty League Championships over the weekend, continuing his undefeated season. Against the Saints, he won 11-6, 11-5, 11-3, capping it off with an eight-point victory in the third game. The scoreline was closer against Vassar, 11-3, 8-11, 11-8, 11-6, but it still included a dominant 11-3 game.

Against the Statesmen, he won 11-6, 10-12, 11-4, 11-3, earning a five-point victory in game one as he opened the match 6-1, sustaining that lead to the end. It was a chippy second game with a litany of lets as Hobart won it on its second game point, 12-10. Mukhin responded, coming back from 0-3 down in the third game to win it comfortably. At 3-3 in the fourth game, he put together an 8-0 run to take the match in four games.

It is Mukhin's third honor roll award this season.
